- Secure Cloud is a software and technology solutions company. We combine proprietary products, custom software engineering, AI, automation, and security expertise to help organizations grow and run better. Our work is organized into four solutions: Grow, Automate, Build, and Secure.
- What's the difference between Solutions, Products, and Services?
- Solutions are the problems we solve: Grow, Automate, Build, and Secure. Products are proprietary software we own and license to many customers — Secure Cloud Fire for Fire & EMS today. Services are the expertise we use to implement, build, and support outcomes: the Growth Engine, Automation & Integrations, Custom Software & AI Solutions, the Security & AI Readiness Assessment, and ongoing managed services. Website Design & Hosting and Search & AI Visibility (SEO, AEO, GEO) are components of the Growth Engine.
- Who does Secure Cloud work with?
- Startups and small businesses, mid-sized companies, and enterprises across industries, plus specialized work for Fire & EMS agencies (Secure Cloud Fire) and healthcare and life sciences organizations. Smaller organizations often start with growth and a website; mid-sized companies with pipeline, CRM, and automation; enterprises with AI applications, integrations, and governance.
- How do I get started?
- Tell us about your challenge through our contact form. We respond within one business day, look at what the problem is costing and where we'd start, and recommend an existing product, a service engagement, or both — with the baseline and targets we'll measure against.
- What happens after I reach out?
- A starting conversation. We look at what's holding the business back — growth, manual work, software fit, or risk — what it's costing, and where we'd start. You leave with a clear recommendation, whether or not you work with us.
- How much do engagements cost?
- Secure Cloud Fire has published annual plans. Services are priced by engagement and company size, from startups and small businesses to enterprise: Growth Engine from $7.5K to $75K+, automation from $7.5K to $60K+, custom software from $25K to $300K+, and Security & AI Readiness Assessments from $5K to $40K+. Most engagements start with a fixed-fee Discovery & Blueprint, credited toward the project.
- Are you an AI consultancy?
- No. AI — including enterprise and agentic AI — is one of the capabilities we use inside Automate, Build, and Secure, alongside software engineering, integrations, data engineering, and security. We start with the business problem and choose the technology that fits it.
- Do you replace the software we already use?
- Usually not. We integrate with existing tools where they work and recommend replacing something only when it's genuinely the constraint.
- Do you guarantee results?
- We don't guarantee rankings, lead volume, AI citations, insurance approval, or audit outcomes — nobody honestly can. We do measure a baseline before we start and report what changed afterward.
