What does Secure Cloud do?

Secure Cloud helps growing organizations generate demand, automate operations, and build AI-powered systems that produce measurable business results. We work in four areas: Grow, Automate, Build, and Secure. We also offer Secure Cloud Fire, a digital operations product for fire districts and EMS agencies.

Who does Secure Cloud work with?

Mostly established, growing organizations — often 15 to 250 people — in B2B, professional services, healthcare services, technology-enabled services, and commercial services. Larger organizations are welcome too. Fire districts and EMS agencies work with us through Secure Cloud Fire.

What is a Growth & Automation Assessment?

It's our starting conversation. We look at what's holding the business back — demand, manual work, software fit, or risk — what it's costing, and where we'd start. You leave with a clear recommendation, whether or not you work with us.

How much do engagements cost?

Growth Engine engagements typically start around $25K, automation engagements around $20K, and custom software around $40K. Security & AI Readiness Assessments are scoped to your environment. Secure Cloud Fire has three annual plans: $12,000, $18,000, and $30,000 per year.

Are you an AI consultancy?

Not primarily. AI is one of the tools we use, alongside software development, automation, integrations, search, and security. We start with the business outcome and choose the technology that fits it.

Do you replace the software we already use?

Usually not. We integrate with existing tools where they work and recommend replacing something only when it's genuinely the constraint.

Do you guarantee results?

We don't guarantee rankings, lead volume, AI citations, insurance approval, or audit outcomes — nobody honestly can. We do measure a baseline before we start and report what changed afterward.
